Tenmud Investments (Pty) Ltd is a multidisciplinary built environment professional services company which was established in 2014. We are legally structured as a private limited company and we are a team of construction specialists with several years’ experience in the built environment working with several construction industry related personnel inclusive of clients, consultants, and contractors.

We are a multi structured business enterprise, with our focus on consulting and construction related activity in the built environment. Our services and experiences are specific to the needs of the client both in the consulting and contracting environment backed by extensive training.

Our focus is on the direct needs of the client ensuring that our clients achieve desired results through expert construction design, cost control and effective construction project management.

Tendai Mudavanhu

Founder & MD

Tenmud Investments is solely owned by Tendai Mudavanhu. He is an academically qualified and professionally registered Construction Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Tendai’s academic, professional credentials and affiliations include:

  • Individual Member: Society of Construction Law Africa

  • Member (MSAFMA): The South African Facilities Management Association

  • Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Honours)

Tendai, has worked for two recognized Consulting Quantity Surveying and Project Management companies for several years and has gained experience in both commercial and private developments.
